Our calculation method of prepay shipment from China is apply to specific zone as following:
1. $20 for the basic 0.5kg, and $5 for each additional 0.5 kg (for Japan,Korean,South East Asia,South pacific(AU,NZ,etc.)
2. $22 for the basic 0.5kg, and $8 for each additional 0.5 kg (for USA,Canada)
3. $22 for the basic 0.5kg, and $8 for each additional 0.5 kg for West Europe ( BE,LU,NL,GB,IT,MA,ES,FR,NO,CH,SE,AT,DK,FI,DE ,IE) and for other countries (AS,BD,BT,KH,CK,TP,FJ,PF,GR,GL,GU,IS,IN,KI,LI,MV,MT,MX,FM,NP,NC,NF,MP,PK,PW,PG,PT,PR,SM,SB,LK,TO,TR,TV,VN,WF)
4. $36 for the basic 0.5kg, and $12 for each additional 0.5 kg (for Middle East area,Africa, Latin America,East Europe,Russia etc.)
Our Shipping Methods:
Basically, our primary choice of shipment is by UPS if no specify courier services require from customer
By UPS
It take 1-2 days for Northern America countries, 2-3 days for west Europe countries.
By DHL
It take 3-5 days for Northern America countries, 3-5 days for west Europe countries.
By EMS
It take 5-7 days for Northern America countries, 5-7 days for west Europe countries.
By Other Methods
(Example: Air parcel, Sea Transportation), please specify in the comments and contact us for detail informations.
NOTED:
1. If delivering to other countries, the fees are a little different sometimes.
2. If the weight of your goods is above 21KG, the shipment fee can be more cheaper. Pls email to us to learn more details.
3. When you place your order online, our system will automatically calculate the total amount of your shipment fees.
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date, the shipping charges are non-refundable. When you return an item, please email us first at sale@jewelry-wholesaler.org, to indicate the reason for the return and get the returning address. We will refund you upon receiving your returning package.
